The Details:
Hosted in the beautiful Hamilton Gardens Pavilion in 3 exhibitor zones:

• Wellbeing Showcase
• Lifelong Learning Expo
• Clubs & Creativity Showcase

Community-friendly pricing

• We particularly welcome enquiries from organisations and businesses who have never participated in an expo before

Full-service show including:

• Autex (velcro-friendly) panels 2.3m high
• Electricity to sites by pre-booking
• Training and support, including 3 exhibitor training sessions, to ensure you make the most of this opportunity
• An exhibitor networking event (details to come)

Key Dates:

• Tues 6 Oct: (to be confirmed) Exhibitor Information Day (must be pre-booked)
• Thurs 15 Oct: Pack-in 2-7pm
• Fri 16 Oct: First show day 10-4
• Sat 17 Oct: Second show day 10-4 / Packup 4-7pm
• Mon 19 Oct: Bookings begin for 2027 Expo
